Virtual Assistants Support offers 3 levels of retainer options.  The benefit of using a retainer is that you are guaranteed the number of hours agreed upon each month.  Time is tracked in 15 minute increments; you will be kept informed of your time balance.  Payments for monthly retainer options are due in advance by either the 10th or the 25th of the month depending upon our agreement.

Option 1 ~ Services retained for 5 - 19 hours per month will be charged at a rate of $40 per hour.

Option 2 ~ Services retained for 20 - 39 hours per month will be charged at a rate of $37 per hour.

Option 3 ~ Services retained for 40+ hours per month will be charged at a rate of $34 per hour.

Any hours above the amount retained will be charged at your discounted hourly rate.  Unused retainer hours will be carried over from one month to the second month only, and will not be refunded.

If you are interested in a per project rate that can be quoted as well. Projects rates do require 1/2 of the quoted amount paid upfront before commencement of the project.

terms & conditions

A signed acceptance of the estimate, payment terms and details of the scope of work is required before commencement of a project.  In some cases a deposit may be required.

Normal turnaround for general work is 24-48 hours depending on the size of the task.  Turnaround will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement of a project. 

Rush projects can be charged an additional 25-40% depending on the project and the turnaround time requested.  This will be agreed upon before commencement of a project.

Final proofreading remains the responsibility of the client, however any mistakes will be corrected free of charge if Virtual Assistants Support is notified within 48 hours.

financial terms

Retainer Agreements require a signed contract, are non-refundable and billed a month in advance.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.  Invoices will be sent out on the 1st and the 15th day of each month.  The only form of payment we accept is paypal.

Interest will be charged on any overdue amounts at the rate of 2% per month until the account is settled.

All materials and excess mileage will be billed and listed individually on invoices.

confidentiality

It is my assurance that client discretion is critical.  If requested a Confidentiality Agreement can be signed prior to commencement of a project or Retainer Agreement.
